Cancellations

Due to an unfortunately large numbers of last minute cancellations this procedure has been brought into force as from 1/10/09.

Cancellations can only be made for genuine sickness and in advance for annual holidays. A full booking fee will be charged unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Any vacancies will be offered to customers on our waiting list who will then have priority for the following week at the same time unless advised otherwise.
